Where are you located?
I am currently based in East Perth. At 44 Wittenoom Street, East Perth @ Good Vibes Boxing Gym - (opposite of Hearing Australia)

Do you only coach at this location (Good Vibes Boxing)?
No! I am more than happy to discuss private sessions at open venues such as clients homes, parks, studios, other gyms around the Perth region!

Do I need to have experience to train with you?
Absolutely not, no! I can work with you regardless of previous experience, whether that be in boxing, or fitness, or any other type of training. Whether you’re brand new to the art of boxing, or have years on knowledge, we can work together!

Do I need my own gear? (Boxing gloves/ pads/ wraps etc)
If we are training out of the East Perth location, then no! At the gym we have all the gear you need whether you forget your own, or simply have yet to have your own. However, if the location was seperate, we would need to discuss further!

Do you do group sessions? Or 2 on 1 sessions?
Absolutely! I can program and facilitate group classes up to 20 individuals. As well as creating sessions with 2 clients or even 3 clients at once. So bring a friend, loved one, or family member along!

How long are your sessions for?
So all sessions, whether they are solo, duos, or in groups all range from 45 to 55min each. Extra time can be further discussed prior to making a booking/ time slot!

Are you able to work around previous or current injuries?
Absolutely we can most certainly work with, and or around most injuries whether they are previous and or current! As prior to sessions, we run through questions regarding exactly this topic!

What services do you offer in terms of your boxing sessions?
So each of my sessions are individual and specific to each client/ group. These are planned and delivered according to the clients wants, needs and capabilities. Ranging from shadow boxing drills, bag work, pad work, the fundamentals of boxing, body mechanics, strength training, resistance training, conditioning, etc.
